The cosmetic labels customized products give a professional and coherent image to creams, serums, oils, perfumes, soaps and personal care products. Customize the brand, texts, graphics and information prepared for the product online, choose the most suitable material for the container and receive labels already cut and ready to apply.
Before printing you will receive afree digital proof to review and approve. Shipping is free within Italy; international rates are calculated at checkout, and the configurator updates the price based on material, shape, size, and quantity.
For bottles and jars exposed to splashes, moisture or product residue you can choose glossy white or transparent polyester. For cases, solid soaps and dry packaging, papers with a natural, material or metallic appearance are available.
Cosmetic label materials
In the configurator you will find eight materials, each with a different result:
- Gloss white polyester (recommended): suitable for bottles, tubes and jars exposed to splashes, humidity or product residues.
- Transparent polyester: leaves the container visible and creates an essential graphic effect on glass or transparent plastic.
- Coated paper: versatile and suitable for brilliant color rendering, especially on dry packaging.
- Laid paper: material and elegant surface for artisanal lines and quality products.
- Anti-oil paper: designed for packages that may be exposed to oily residues.
- Brown Kraft Paper: enhances a natural and handmade identity.
- Shiny gold paper: creates a metallic detail for premium packaging.
- Neon yellow paper: high visibility, suitable for graphic references and promotional messages.
Before a major print run you can order samples and test material and adhesion on the actual container.
Shapes and sizes for bottles, jars and cases
Labels can be die-cut, square, rectangular, with rounded corners, round or oval. The round format is suitable for lids; rectangular and oval adapt well to bottles and dispensers; the die-cut shape follows the profile of the artwork.
The standard sizes available are 3×3, 5×3, 5×5, 7×5, 7×7, 8×8, 10×7, 10×10, 12×5 and 12×12 cm. If the container requires a different proportion, select Custom Size and enter width and height in centimeters. Quantities start from 50 pieces and they arrive at 5.000.
For lids and circular containers you will also find the round adhesive labels; for other proportions you can evaluate the oval labels.
Cosmetic labeling: required information
For cosmetics placed on the market, Article 19 of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 regulates the information to be reported on the container and packaging. Depending on the product and the conditions established by the regulation, the artwork may need to include:
- name or company name and address of the responsible person;
- country of origin for imported products;
- nominal content expressed in weight or volume;
- minimum duration date or PAO indication when applicable;
- special precautions for use;
- batch number;
- function of the product, when it is not clear from the presentation;
- list of ingredients according to the prescribed nomenclature.
For products marketed in Italy, the applicable linguistic requirements must also be respected. Consult the indications from the Ministry of Health on the cosmetic label.
